| This year our major focus was completing VRBizTools – our online self-employment training module for VR counselors and their clients who want to run their own businesses. |

| 2011 Goals |
| We are launching our new subscription service software program VRBizTools. Our goal is to increase the number of VR's successful self-employment case closures. Currently 1.7%, approximately 20,000 clients a year are given services to do so. National statistics show that the disabled are twice as likely to be self-employed than the able-bodied. |
